The Founder / Director of TNESC, Nick project manages our larger and more complex installations in the UK and internationally. Nick also constantly researches and implements improvements to our systems, products and components.
As a Director of TNESC, Catherine manages the TNESC sales team. Catherine also visits trade and retail clients for consultations, conducts showroom visits and follows up on orders.

As Sales Coordinator, Emma is the first point of contact for clients with email and telephone enquiries. Emma also manages our measurers diary and the showroom and is the key liaison for TNESC distributors.
AFTER SALES & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Our After sales and Logistics Coordinator Kelly is the contact for all installation and delivery enquiries. In additional to running our installations diary and organizing the weekly delivery of shutters from our factory in Dubai, Kelly co-ordinates our After-Care service.
As Marketing Manager Harriet is responsible for all advertising and marketing including planning, PR and Press, online, print, signage, photography and events.
ACCOUNTS SALES LEDGER
Our Accounts Sales Ledger and Accounts Receivable Coordinator Vanessa is the contact for all accounts enquiries.
Our Warehouse Manager Sue is in charge of the hardware and stock in our Wandsworth warehouse. Sue organises hardware orders, uniform and equipment for our agents and carpenters. She also answers client enquiries by telephone, email and in the showroom.
