We had our shutters installed today by David and Paul and I just wanted to drop an email to say thank you very much to everyone at New England who have worked with us including Emma, Sue and yourself. David and Paul were so nice and true professionals. They did an amazing job with our windows (which were not easy to work with). We have just had shutters fitted by Roger Meadows (TNESC Agent) throughout our new house. We have been very pleased with the installation and workmanship. We made the decision to fit shutters throughout the new-build house, based on aesthetic appeal and professionalism of the company rather than price alone. We couldn’t be happier with the end result, the agent/installer Roger was highly knowledgeable and competent and took care of the process from start to finish. I'm writing to express my great satisfaction with both the product and the service provided by TNESC. I have had shutters installed across a bay window in an old house, which inevitably means uneven dimensions. Despite this, the shutters look beautiful and fit perfectly. The quality of the product speaks for itself, but as important has been the service provided by the team at TNESC. Paul, who came to measure and fit the shutters, did an outstanding job and is without doubt one of the most conscientious and thorough people I have dealt with over a long process of renovating the house. When I needed to delay the fitting of the shutters following their order TNESC were incredibly obliging and helpful. Overall this has been a faultless experience and the shutters really are of exactly the high standard I was hoping for having researched different providers online before choosing NESC. Having spoken to a number of firms about plantation shutters for our front room we are extremely happy that we chose TNESC. James, the carpenter, who measured, and later fitted, our shutters was friendly and efficient, very much like his colleagues in the office in Wandsworth.
