We wanted to follow-up post our shutter installation and provide you with some feedback on the installation and overall service. We were extremely pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism we received from the team that came to install - in particular from Chris, who was very accommodating and took time to answer our questions and explain the steps required when they came across the challenge of our window arch shapes not being perfect.
We felt very confident in the team's abilities to do the job well and we were not disappointed. Chris has a great manner that made us feel we were in good hands and also he ensured the installation was done with the necessary care to minimise any potential damage to paintwork.
Overall our experience with the NESC has been a very good one with excellent customer service at all stages of the process. We will not hesitate to recommend your company to friends who are looking to install shutters - no doubt our wonderful shutters will generate questions about who made them!!
