I'm writing to express my great satisfaction with both the product and the service provided by TNESC. I have had shutters installed across a bay window in an old house, which inevitably means uneven dimensions. Despite this, the shutters look beautiful and fit perfectly. The quality of the product speaks for itself, but as important has been the service provided by the team at TNESC. Paul, who came to measure and fit the shutters, did an outstanding job and is without doubt one of the most conscientious and thorough people I have dealt with over a long process of renovating the house. When I needed to delay the fitting of the shutters following their order TNESC were incredibly obliging and helpful. Overall this has been a faultless experience and the shutters really are of exactly the high standard I was hoping for having researched different providers online before choosing NESC.
