Our Shutter Guarantee

The New England Shutter Company guarantees the majority of our manufactured products for five years from the date of installation against defects resulting from faulty materials or workmanship during the manufacture or installation carried out by our carpenters.

The majority of TNESC manufactured shutters are not guaranteed against water ingress. Water resistant Cedar shutters painted with acrylic paint are guaranteed for three years; this guarantee includes damage from water ingress. This does not affect your statutory rights.
