Thank you for your note and indeed we are very pleased with our shutters. Paul and James and Hugh did a super job and were very pleasant to have around for the day in our London dungeon. I was very impressed with their tidiness and will urge my husband to have the same approach when he next fixes something. I believe the money was sent by bank transfer yesterday so should be with you already.
Please pass on my thanks to the installation team and also for my paper shutters which did a grand job of giving us privacy while we waited for our splendid permanent ones.
