Simple thanks for an experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.Before I made my choice to go with The New England Shutter Company I personally reviewed five competitor's products, ethical standards and pricing. After a five week process I choose TNESC based on the following. The same person that does the measurement and quote for the product is the installer of the product, It was the only supplier to actually listen to my requirements and understand I wanted the shutters boxed inside the window frame rather than outside. Timeframes for delivery and installation. The company supports sustainable forestry. The hinges were USA made and significantly more robust than any other alternative I have seen. The Professionalism (including responsiveness and promptness of all individuals involved) gave me the reassurance that other competitors did not. And lastly quality of the finished product. After two weeks my shutters were delivered and fitted. The entire experience to date with tnesc has been extremely professional and I simply couldn't ask for more.
