Dear Mark and Michelle,
We are writing to say how thrilled we are with the wooden shutters we brought from you, for our bathroom.
The professional service we received from the start was fantastic. The advice you gave us about colours and style was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for either of you and we cannot thank you enough for the time that you gave us as we thought about colours and the finish. It was a pleasure to have such a profession approach, but one that was also very friendly whenever we spoke to you.
The shutters are well made and well fitted. Our thanks to Michelle for keeping us up to date and informing us about the progress as they were being made. Many thanks to Mark for his initial advise when he came to measure up and the excellent fitting of the traditional wooden shutters.Our friends have complimented us on the style and how perfect they were for our new bathroom- it has finished the room off perfectly!
