The Perfect Product
Following the installation of our shutters I felt compelled to write a short review. The whole process from start to finish was both an enjoyable experience and a very professional one. Our journey started out with a consultation with Catherine at the TNESC showroom to see the full range of shutters and discuss various ideas and concepts, and to make sure they were in keeping with our home, in short Catherine's knowledge and experience helped us select the perfect product which incidentally TNESC matched to perfection with the colour of our window frames.
A few days later Chris carried out the on-site survey and took accurate measurements for manufacture, Chris was clearly very experienced and discussed the final details and fitting arrangements.
Some five or so weeks later David and Paul arrived to carry out the installation over two days, the quality of the installation and attention to detail was both meticulous and outstanding. I am delighted with the shutters, they open and close with ease, they black out the rooms when closed and reflect the light in beautifully when opened. They look so stylish from both inside the house and outside.
