It was eleven years ago that our splendid panel shutters were supplied and installed by you in our living room and in all three of our bedrooms. We were delighted at the time with both the appearance and quality of these extremely attractive shutters and with the work and attitude of all of your friendly, skilled and efficient staff. Despite the complex variety of shapes and sizes of our many windows, and the wear and tear which we had assumed would be inevitable after the passage of all this time, the shutters not only still look virtually as good as new, but have kept their shape and coherence to a remarkable degree. The icing on the cake has been our recent experience that the very few tiny adjustments which were needed a few weeks ago were carried out not just with admirable promptness, but with the same skill and care as before and with the same truly friendly and helpful and above all professional attitude on the part of your people.
