I received a call from you a few days ago for feedback on shutters you installed for us in December. I thought I'd write a quick email to let you know that we're really pleased with them. The guy who put them up (I'm afraid I can't remember his name) was very friendly, helpful and extremely capable. He did a great job and we were very impressed. We couldn't believe he even wore slippers to protect the carpet. The shutters themselves are even better than we'd hoped - the quality of the construction and finish is excellent.
