Working to Russell Sage and ISG’s brief for shutters with a “commercial” feel, we designed and manufactured a unique design of extra wide panels with deep bottom rails and sub-stiles. Mounted on bi pass sliding tracks, the shutters screen the extensive glass facade of the building, allowing muted natural light to form part of the interior ambience. Petrus restaurant in London’s Knightsbridge has spectacularly luxurious interiors, designed by Russell Sage.
As part of our specialist service to specifiers, Nick Garratt produced detailed CAD drawings and finish samples for approval before the commission went ahead. In keeping with the luxury interior finishes and Russell Sage’s background palette of oysters and silvers, the blades of the shutters are finished in Baby Ostrich Fawn Faux leather. The rails and stiles are painted in a matching colour.
