M Projects undertook this large"building of merit" project with the aim to restore the property’s missing architectural features (front mouldings, cornices), expand the property with a basement extension, new second storey, side return and summerhouse.
Xavier selected our Manhattan design shutters, custom painted in Grey-White, with 75mm louvres for these delightful children's bedrooms which offer a highly contemporary addition to the interior.
The wing tipped louvres close in the up position and have a completely concealed tilting mechanism allows all of the louvres to open and close together simply by tilting two louvres.
Fitted with a customised L Frame, our shutter panels were designed with larger side stiles (55mm) and we split the hidden mechanism to maximise both privacy and light by allowing the top and bottom sections to operate independtly.
