I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the your fantastic shutters. When I came back on Friday night the window looked AMAZING when I drove towards the house - it really makes the window. From the inside they look equally wonderful. Dave - you have designed/made them brilliantly - the standard of carpentry is very high and I know it wasn't an easy window to do. The other two windows you put in look great too - my children are all so happy. I gather you had a long day and thank you for leaving everything so tidy.
Again, a huge thank you - we are so pleased that we decided to use New England Shutters.

In August this year, we had some New England Shutter's fitted in our home and I just wanted to say how very pleased we are with them. It has completely transformed the look of our house and we were very impressed by the quality and especially by Hugh who fitted our shutters. He was polite, friendly and professional, not only fitting the shutters perfectly, but also cleaning up after himself.

We couldn't of been happier with the service and I apologise for the delay in writing this email, but wanted to pass on my thanks on behalf of me and my husband to Hugh for such a fantastic job and to the New England Shutter Company for providing such beautiful shutters!

First, I'd like to thank you and your colleagues: the service I got from TNESC at every stage of the process was helpful, efficient and thorough. Your sales team was responsive, helpful and knowledgeable and your fulfilment team delivered the shutters and blinds as requested, on time. The people in a company make all the difference, and your capability and attitude made it easy to do business with you.

Second, I am very pleased with the quality of your products. We initially ordered sash window shutters in oak, and these were installed efficiently and made all the difference to our house. We subsquently ordered wooden blinds from you, and a further set of shutters. Again, the process was smooth and efficient, and again our experience was completely stress-free.

I would like also to make special mention of Chris, who measured up the windows, and who installed both the blinds and the shutters. Chris is not only helpful and courteous, but also punctual and hardworking. Most of all, he is deeply knowlegable and knows exactly what he is doing. His work is organised, tidy and thorough, and it was a real bonus to know that everything was in the hands of a master craftsman. Pleae pass my particular thanks to him.
