The confirmed price was exactly as per the quote. A date was set for fitting which was adhered to, and once again the chap who came along to install the shutters was not only efficient but polite too. As I said on the phone dealing with the New England Shutter Company has been a wonderful and seamless experience from start to finish. I only wish all companies could follow your example. Julien and Alex were a dream to have in the house, I hardly knew they were there except when I offered them a drink and they politely declined or accepted. They made sure each window had the same workmanship and care, while also answering any questions I had so I was able to understand!!
